A founder-led practice in Montréal.

SYNEO Consulting is Kristopher Lalletti's practice. Kristopher founded it in Montréal in 2005, after starting in IT in 1999 in telecom support, web development and systems administration.

Since then: twelve years as a consultant on bank, telecom, aerospace and health-ministry programmes, two years in-house as senior solutions architect at a global retailer, and independent architecture advisory since 2020 for Québec retail and telecom companies.

The work has always covered both ends: building and running WebSphere, VMware and AWS platforms, and writing the roadmaps and business cases that decide what gets built. Kristopher is TOGAF 9.1 certified and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate).

We don't resell products.
No licences, hardware or cloud services, and no vendor partner programme. What we recommend doesn't depend on what anyone sells.
Recommendations come with a business case.
Costs, savings and risks are set out so your finance team can check them. For core systems, that can mean 10-year cost-of-ownership projections.
We have run what we design.
Data centres, networks, middleware and cloud platforms: most of what we recommend, we have built and operated ourselves.

    We cost and compare the options and write up the preferred one as a business case. When needed, we run the tender and vendor selection with your finance team.

    We lead or support the architecture through delivery, with your teams and vendors, and update the plan when the facts change.

    Hand over

    Architectures, roadmaps and decisions are documented for your team to keep and maintain.
